Call Handling

SE24 Crisis Response Centres are available to our clients 24/7/365.

Calls are recorded and on termination of the call, are automatically forwarded to our Operations Team and Customer Services.  The Duty Manager then allocates the case to the most appropriate consultant to respond within 20 minutes, and more typically within 10.

The Global Operations Director maintains a watching brief from the inception of the call through to case resolution, including communications with insurers and/or brokers where appropriate.
