Michael is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of SE24, heading the business and the strategic direction of the company, reporting to the Board of Directors and the Group COO. He brings over 25 years of experience of crisis management, security, investigations, cybersecurity and crisis response, with a focus on global markets and varied industries. Prior to SE24, Michael held high-level roles where he led complex global and regional security and consultancy projects. He established regional operations in Asia Pacific and led crisis response initiatives for both corporate and private clients. His background includes specialised skills in crisis management, security, terrorism, investigations, cyberterrorism and kidnap.

At SE24, Michael’s vision is to enhance client safety and resilience through innovative security solutions, in-depth assessments, and customised crisis management strategies. His leadership is pivotal in supporting SE24’s mission to deliver seamless, global integrated services in a rapidly changing threat landscape.

Kevin Hallatt is the Finance Director of SE24. He is also the Financial Director of the other Chelsea Group UK-based companies. Kevin has been working for Chelsea Group for 9 years. He spent 5 years as the Chelsea Group Chief Financial Officer based in Cyprus. He has also worked in senior finance positions for other security and risk management groups including G4S and Olive Group. Kevin is a UK-qualified accountant equally at home in central finance or business aligned commercial functions with 30 years of continual career success.

Eric is head of Product Recall and Contamination for SE24, having worked in the industry for the past 30 years.  He has worked with several governments to shape relevant laws and has been involved in the development of quality systems across the world.  He is an experienced auditor and trainer and an expert in compliance with legislative requirements and industry standards.  Eric supervises our global network of Product Recall and Contamination consultants.

Andy heads up our SE24 Investigation Team and specialises in investigations of all types; Fraud, Surveillance, Business Intelligence, Due Diligence and Background Screening.  With a law enforcement background, Andy is an experienced investigations professional, risk management consultant and trainer.  He has specialised in serious and organised crime and child protection cases, and is an accredited financial investigator, surveillance and counter surveillance operator, kidnap commander, as well as being qualified in vetting and covert investigations.

Andy is a former Detective Superintendent with 30 years’experience in Law Enforcement; a Senior Investigating Officer, leading specialist crime and covert investigations, and Kidnap SIO, with an extensive background in intelligence and crisis and risk management.  He has exceptional communication skills, with 23 years’ experience as a Crisis, Kidnap and Extortion, Counter Terrorist, and Strategic Command Negotiator Advisor.   Andy has delivered training and assessed on national negotiation courses and overseas and was previously the Strategic Negotiation and Surveillance lead for Southwest and part of the National Steering Groups.

Jack is the SE24 Head of KRE and Active Assailant lines based in the US.  He is a retired FBI agent and has received numerous commendations and awards for his work on counterterrorism and investigations.  His expertise in the field is recognised by the fact that he has worked as a consultant and commentator for ABC News.  Jack supervises our global network of KRE consultants, having personally handled many high-profile investigations and KRE cases.

David heads up our Training team, where he is an acknowledged and a highly sought after expert in the field.  He has over four decades of experience in law enforcement and is the former Tactical Coordinator for the National Crime Agency (NCA) Kidnap and Extortion Unit.  He has created and delivered bespoke training courses and crisis management exercises to law enforcement, commercial organisations and military partners worldwide, including on the ground in complex environments such as Afghanistan.

Shaun is the Head of our new Technology and Intelligence team, providing intelligence support and mobile apps through our partnership with PACE First and Riskline. He also responds operationally to support Crisis Management, Security, Close Protection, Evacuations, Medical Evacuations and Training including HEAT Training.

He has a military and austere emergency medical background and has dealt with many high-profile international cases working in the field of international risk management, disaster response, crisis and emergency management and close protection consulting. 

Miriam has joined SE24 as our Crisis Communications Specialist.  She has over 20 years’ experience of working on high-profile events, including the Grenfell Tower inquiry. 

 She was previously the Press Officer for the Metropolitan Police in London, responsible for media communications for the National Criminal Intelligence Service, and also media relations for the Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre.

Damian’s background includes heading up the Hi-Tech Crime Unit for a UK police force, providing specialist support to the Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre (CEOP) in London, and heading up the Compromise Management Team for a major credit card provider.

Damian is an experienced investigator and information security professional, particularly involving cyber security, digital forensics and covert investigative techniques.

With a background in law enforcement in South Africa, PJ moved to THE corporate sector managing executive protection, crisis management, safeguarding, and investigations.  He has comprehensive experience in managing evacuations, both security and medical, handling the logistics of kidnap and ransom cases as well as protection requirements in hostile environments.  PJ is the SE24 Head of Logistics.

Pauline has a background in the travel industry and as a Personal Assistant for a HNW individual.  She has worked with SE24 for 16 years and has comprehensive knowledge of the insurance markets. She is responsible for all aspects of administration within SE24 as well as holding the role of Company Secretary.

Sue has a background in customer-facing roles in various commercial sectors and is Spanish-speaking, having worked in Spain for 30 years. With a qualification in London Markets Insurance, she is responsible for SE24 customer services, including call handling at our Crisis Response Centres. She also supports our Operations Team.

Irene has comprehensive experience in the travel industry, working with the Automobile Association of South Africa, responsible for itineraries and overland travel throughout Africa.  She has also provided support to evacuation programmes due to natural disasters and global incidents. 

Based in Cape Town, Irene runs the SE24 Crisis Response Centre, as well as supporting SE24 travel requirements.
