Our response centres are the first point of contact in any critical situation. All incoming calls are recorded for quality assurance and operational accuracy. Upon completion of the call, a detailed summary is automatically forwarded to our Operations Team and Customer Services for rapid triage and escalation.

Every incident is reviewed in real time by our Duty Manager, who assigns the case to the most suitable consultant based on the nature of the crisis. Our standard response time is within 20 minutes, though the majority of cases are actioned within just 10 minutes — a reflection of SE24’s operational efficiency and readiness.
